I might even consider hiring a professional home stager to ensure my home appeals to a broad spectrum of potential buyers.

Number three, I would double down on marketing. I would intensify my marketing efforts. Even in a challenging market, potential buyers exist. I would focus on ensuring they find my property amidst the competition.
